This topic is the source of enterprise’s production needs. The mixer process control system research of the process of tire production is the main content of this paper. And it came from the practical production requirements of enterprise. Take production process as the research object in enterprise, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the existing production technology, puts forward improving methods combined with the enterprise based on the production requirements, complete the mixer process control system based on wireless sensor network design. Mixer is usually takes up most of the energy consumption process in a rubber factory. Part of the enterprises is still relatively backward technology and equipment at present. Mixer process control, rubber mixing cycle, each phase of the energy consumption status of each link cannot have a good command and control, this will waste a lot of energy, and the result is mixer cycle time is long, efficiency of mixer is low, rubber quality fluctuation. For example, the process of the addition of glue and sulfone need the workers to observe the weighing sensor data to cut and add sulfone in the workshop, so rubber quality does not conform to requirements or without adding sulfone will always happen. As a result the rubber is unqualified, so that put problems of the final product.According to the above questions, through the analysis of the working principle and structure of mixer, combining with the characteristics of rubber mixing comprehensive performance of this topic, we put forward the control system based on wireless sensor network (WSN) to perfect mixer process control. Including the data acquisition from mixer process of each link processing, and display to the computer and adjusted by the automatic control system for each link. Optimal control steps and the optimized the time of control, reduce the waste of time, improve the production efficiency, provides a reliable guarantee for the mixer capacity. Mixer control program optimization improve the comprehensive efficiency of mixer equipment, which can be applied embody its economy, not only save the resources, but also improve the economic benefit of enterprise effectively.The paper mainly about the control method of production process, the wireless transmission of signal, error process alarm and so on.First of all, the paper puts forward mixer process control method based on wireless sensor network. With rubber mixer process equipment as control object, established the BP neural network intelligent control system, using neural network self-learning ability and the adaptive ability of dealing with uncertain information, to enhance the robustness of the control system, strong adaptability, so that control system has good versatility and fault tolerance.Second, the control system adopts wireless communication technology for signal transmission, and we realize the wireless control and the detection signal and control signal wireless transmission, reducing cabling work to reduce the costs. Achieve the mobility of the controller, modern intelligent level has significantly improved.Finally, in the end of paper we summarized the work, and prospect the future direction of the work.
