Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Students' Associations In Sanming College

Student club activities become increasingly rich, which attracts more and more attention from students and teachers. In order to better the management of students’ club activities, it is badly in need of developing a set of sanming college student club management system.This Paper introduces research background, significance of this program, and the present situation of sanming college student club management system. The main research content and task are as following, In business analysis, this paper analyzes on the business problems definition,the organizational function, business personnel, the original business process., and offers an optimized business process; In functional analysis, through the case analysis and the use case description, this paper clears the function of this system, offers the system’s overall function package diagram and the package diagram including activity plan management, activity maintenance management, activity Propaganda management, activity record management, query and statistics, Basic information management, and system management, etc. In data analysis, this paper gives entity class diagram and establishes the database table structure by analyzing all the data required by each function. This paper finally summarizes the research and analysis work, and the further works are also discussed.
