Reference circuit can provide the system with virtually independent of supply voltage, the use of process parameters, temperature dc voltage or current, which is widely used in analog and digital, analog and mixed integrated systems. The bandgap reference voltage is less demanding on power, has good temperature characteristics, very little quiescent current to meet the requirements of the general characteristics of the integrated circuit, it is also often used in low-power circuitry.This paper based on SMIC 0.5μm CMOS process to design a bandgap voltage reference circuit, which consists of open circuit, bias circuit, amplifying circuit and the reference voltage generation circuit of four parts, at the same time, I use the Cadence Spectre to simulate and vitrification, and analysis the results. Simulation results shows that:the bandgap reference voltage source in the range of-50℃-100℃temperature coefficient of 8.11ppm/℃-56.08 ppm/℃, power supply voltage is 1.9V-5V this voltage range, the performance of the reference source parameters to meet expectations.
