Research And Analysis Of Ship Dynamic Management System

The local Maritime Bureau of Jiangxi is a administrative institution which in in charge of the supervision of the water traffic safety and the management of information registration, classified ships, water transportation and safety inspection. In order to prevent the confusion and repetition of management in the daily ships management, it’s important to share ships information among all the maritime related institutions and accelerate the communication between them. Therefore, on the base of the careful analysis of the requirements regarding to the ships dynamic management, this paper presents the design of ship dynamic management to improve the degree of the information share and efficiency of service.The System design is illustrated in five chapters. Firstly, the paper gives the background and significance of the ship dynamic management system. Secondly, it does some necessary business process reengineering after business process analysis related to ships dynamic management. Thirdly, it use package diagram to present the functional design of the system. Then, it tells about the database design from the data aspect. Finally, it summarizes the four chapters before and give the prospect about the future of the ships dynamic management system.The ships dynamic management system is dedicated to the requirements of Jiangxi province; it may not suit the circumstance well. In that condition, the system may need some adjustments.
