Research And Analysis On The Library Borrowing Management System Of Sanming College Library

With the continuous expansion of the scale of Sanming University, the information resource’s collect of the library of Sanming University will also continue to increase. At the same time, the number of teachers and students in the library is also increasing. The traditional manual management mode is unable to meet the needs of the development.Through the investigation of the circulation of books in this library, the satisfaction of readers, and the research of related materials, this paper analyzes and studies a new book circulation system. Firstly, this paper introduces the project background and the present status of the library’s loan management system, which sets the contents and the main work of this paper. Secondly, by analysing the existing problems, original business flow chart and the reengineering of business process diagrams are given, using the swim Lane diagram. Thirdly, by analysing and describing the examples, the paper analyses the function of the library’s management system and gives the diagrams of the overall and sub functions of the library management system, including the basic information management package, the front desk job management package, the self service borrowing and inquiry management. Fourthly, though analying the data, the paper provides the control class diagram, the thumbnail diagram, the entity diagram and sets up the structure of the data base. Lastly, the article makes a brief summary of the full text, gives the inadequacies of the article and makes certain of the following work.
