At present, the development of China’s art training market growing rapidly, the scale and the number of people are also rising. However, the level of information management in art training institutions is low, resulting in low efficiency of management, high enterprise costs, the consistency and integrity of data can not be met in operating, and data is difficult to share. In view of the above problems, this thesis hopes to provide some ideas for the current information management of art training institutions, to solve problems in the management of art training institution by using the computer technology and Internet technology.Taking piano art center of Star Sea as an example,this thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of art training management system, the requirement analysis is carried out by using the method of SA. In the business analysis, the original business processes and the existing problems of system are analyzed in this thesis, and then the optimized business processes and the flow chart are given,including student enrollment, tuition management, curriculum arrangement, examination arrangement and basic information management. In the function analysis, based on the business process, the flow of data is analyzed, and the data flow chart is drawn, the overall function architecture and the structure of function modules is given. In the data analysis, this thesis analyze the data to deal with in system function,the entity attribute gragh and the E-R graph is given, the table structure independent from the specific relational database is generated.At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
