The fiber optic gyroscope’ research and application is a emphases in fiber sensing and guiding field,both inland and abroad The strapdown Fiber Inertial Measurement Unit of moderate precision, whose development based on the result of a certain mode Tactical missile system, is the key part of the new generation of the missile armaments system,and IFOG and Quartz Accelerometers are its main device.The IFOG is a completely new Sensitive device for angular speed in controling and guiding the missile. For its better performance,simpler frame, and the potential lower-cost,the IFOG is replacing the traditional Electrical And Mechanical Gyroscope(EAMG) step by step. The research for the technology of the mass IFOG-production project is the emphases for our factory, also an urgent need for a certain mode weapon.According to the demands of high passing rate and consistency of assemblage in fiber optic gyroscope’s mass production, this paper analyses the characterisation of the gyroscope’s light circuit; according to every optical devices’ function in light circuit, by testing and experimentation, this paper finds the suitable testing method, studys the method of the matching optical devices, establishes a complete set of calculation methods,which can estimate the parameter of a assembled gyroscope in the light of the selected optical device’s parameter. After the matching technology applied on the mass production of the fiber optic gyroscope, it has ensured the assemblaged fiber optic gyroscope’s output signal more consistency, raised the one-time passing rate of the assemblage, reduced the follow-up debugging, avoided the situation that replacing devices blindly by reason of signal failing after gyroscope’s assemblage, solved one diffult problem of fiber-gyroscope’s projecting.
