Air leakage detection as a kind of detection is becoming more and more important in the area of quality intendance. In some fields air leakage detector is taking a very important place such as automobile industry, water heater products using gas, kitchen ranges, gas meters, all kinds of values using in industry and so on.In this thesis, a new method is put forward, which is based on the principle of cubage compensation. The thesis expounds the background and signification of leakage detection, and introduces the actuality and development trend of leakage detection internal and external firstly. Secondly, fundamental and theory function of leakage is investigated base on elements of direct pressure and differential pressure, based on this, the method which is based on cubage compensation of leakage detection is put forward, and then the air-leakage detector has been designed also. We analyze all steps when the air-leakage works and some attentions have been put forward. After this, we take the research on the detector’s control method, and also analyze using emulator to insure the control method be correct. Finally, the system of leakage detection is built up based on the method with cubage compensation and corresponding experiments are done using this system. The curve of differential pressure and the curve of leakage which are changed with time are educed. |
