Research Of A Differential Pressure Style Leakage Detector Based On Cubage Compensation And Gap Leakage

In industrial field, the quality and performance of products are valued continuously by people. Air leakage detection as a kind of detecting device is becoming more and more important in the area of quality intendance, especially in the fields of automobile industry and so on. In recent years, many new leakage detect methods are introduced, and detect technology is becoming mature.The leakage rate is used to represent the leakage situation of products in most detection methods. In this thesis, a detector with cubage compensation is build to detect the leakage rate of products, then the equation between leakage gap and leakage rate is detected out with the help of the detector. The main job and achievement of this paper are as follows:1. The thesis expounds the research background and research significance of this topic. Research status and development trend of leakage test technology is analyzed. This thesis also expounds the theory of air pressure leakage detect technology and pressure compensation.2. The leakage detector based on different pressure principle is build with pressure compensation device, and this is the emphasis of the thesis. First, a pipe with rectangle gap is designed. Then the corresponding digital relationships between the leakage rate and the gap length are detected by the leakage detector at different pressure, so the data curve and the equation are calculated out according to the experimental data.3. The leakage rate of a container is detected through the leakage detector at different pressure. With the previous data equation we can get the gap length of the container, and there is an error of the result, at last the various factors causing the error are analyzed.The leakage gap will be detected out indirectly with the help of the data curve, and it is used together with the leakage rate to show the leakage status of container...
