As its wider range of speed and faster dynamic response, AC induction motor speed based on vector control system has been widely applied to various industries. The system, in the process of vector control, needs speed closed-loop control to precise to control the speed. However, it has the high price and hard to maintenance, while the speed sensing technology is preferred. However, various computations for identifying the speed of induction machine own their strength and weakness, therefore, in this paper, the author does the following studies around the induction motor speed identification algorithm.From the perspective of the mathematical model of induction motor under the different coordinates, and on the basis of the principle of coordinate transformation and magnetic field orientation, the author designs the stator voltage decoupling circuit, achieving the decouple of the stator exciting current component, and the author also designs induction motor vector control system with location sensors. Its good control performance lay foundation for studying the estimation of the speed of induction motor.The thesis focuses on studying the traditional EKF and MRAS motor speed identification algorithm. Compared with two algorithm in accuracy and dynamics,, the author thought that MARS algorithm is better. during the author improve the MARS algorithm,it may produce pure integral link leading to error accumulation when the voltage model as reference. C ompared with the traditional MARS algorithm, the algorithm based on model of mix flux linkage brings better to stator resistance viriation and DC bias, and the MARS algorithm based on model of stator current has both advantages of small effect on stator and better function of dynamic monitor in the process of speed idefinication.Then, the improved algorithm is applied to sensorless vector control system.The simulation verification system has control effort as better a s position sensor.The thesis builds the whole experimental platform, and designs the sampling circuit of welding voltage. With TMS320F28335 processor as the core, the author designs the entire algorithm to achieve the main program and interrupt routine. Eventually in the experimental platform, the author will do some experiments about speed static and dynamic to prove that the algorithm could exactly recognize motor speed.
