| Winding machine is a kind of special machine for winding electromagnetic coil. It mainly consists of two parts, a winding mechanism and a winding tension control mechanism. The winding mechanism adjust s metal wire from wire reels and feeds it to winding mandrel, tension control mechanism provides winding tension. Currently, most of the domestic CNC winding machines could only wind straight solenoid coil, it does not have the ability to wind the bending solenoid coil automatically. When winding the bending superconducting solenoid coil, its molding movement is complex and the speed range is big. To ensure the electromagnetic properties, the tension control accuracy requirement is high. Therefore, The depth research on the control system of bending solenoid coil winding machine is necessary.In this paper, the bending solenoid superconducting coil winding machine system is the research object. It uses a combination of mathematical modeling, theoretical derivation and simulation analysis method, to research the motion control and tension control questions.(1) The paper builds the mathematical model of bending solenoid coil, gives out the equation of winding motion to analyze the movement process of the coil winding process. Then it determines the requirements of movement, tension and other s for winding bending solenoid superconducting coil.(2)According to the principle of linear interpolation, the paper selects suitable interpolation algorithm for bending solenoid superconducting coil wi nding machine motion control, uses the simulation software for performance verification.(3)Under the tension control requirements for winding bending solenoid coil, the paper derives the tension control expression, using MATLAB to analyze tension theoretical model and theories.(4)According to the specific control requirements of bending solenoid coil winding, the paper designs a control system for the bending solenoid coil winding machine.(5)The research gives a way to improve the bending solenoid coil winding machine and its control system, providing a theoretical basis and relevant reference for improving bending solenoid coil winding machine system. |
