The hydraulic tunnel construction of our country is under a state of the booming, and some aspects of the technology has been in the international advanced level, but there are some shortcomings in the tunnel lining and construction, compared with foreign countries. In recent years, tunnel excavation and lining technology in China is developing rapidly, and it becomes the main method of tunnel construction due to the TBM technology.This paper was based on No.7 tunnel of Taohe River Water Diversion Project to carry out TBM Precast Segments concrete mix optimization and stability of the design and evaluation of Lining Tube based on No.7 tunnel view loess region and TBM characteristics of precast segmental lining, aspects of the study as the follows:(1) TBM precast segment concrete mixture ratio design and optimization which was based on the natural yard aggregate quality evaluation. Optimized the segment of concrete by using the method of principal component analysis and effect function to make the concrete in such aspects as economy, workability and strength to achieve optimal on the basis of physical and chemical performance in control of cement, water, admixture, additive on the basis of the physical and chemical properties. Meanwhile, the optimization results of two methods were similar.(2) Analyze the stress of Lining structure and evaluate stability, and the main loads of segment was rock pressure where surrounding rock pressure on the lining. This paper calculated detailedly on rock pressure hydraulic tunnel based on the actual project and identified its proper value.(3) Establishment of two and three dimensional tunnel in the ANSYS finite element analysis software, the base pipe sheet structure model, under simulated load conditions lining structure mechanical characteristics give equivalent stress within the segmental lining and the maximum and minimum principal stress distribution, deformation and displacement distribution points within the segment lining of TBM, grasp the concentrated stress deformation and displacement site tunnel lining structure prone, may lead to the occurrence of cracks, dislocation and broken corners phenomenon. Based on the results of stress analysis, Evaluation of the stability of the segment of the force.In summary, for this kind of technology in the province of aggregate, soil texture applications supporting the construction process control technology to test for detection as a platform, through theoretical analysis, laboratory experiments, field surveys combination of methods to study TBM precast concrete segments mix design and optimization as well as the stability of lining segments analysis, the outcome of TBM technology in hydraulic tunnel in the province to provide technical and scientific support reserves. In this paper, principal component analysis and the effectiveness of the principle of optimization function method, different evaluation indicators were selected for optimization segment C45 concrete mix can play a better effect. ANSYS finite element software for the forces lining structure for the actual working conditions simulation analysis, some conclusions, the construction of hydraulic tunnel played a certain significance.
