Nowadays, “city diseases” such as traffic congestion and environment pollution have affect people travel and life seriously. In order to alleviate traffic congestion and reduce environment pollution, we should improve the proportion of public travel in structure of mode share, change travel habits of residents and lead to a healthy way in travel. In response to the concept of the Party Central Committee about giving priority to developing public transportation, China’s rail transit has entered a high speed development in recent years. Rail transit has a lot of advantage such as high speed, big capacity, punctuality, safety, energy conservation and so on. However, the lines of rail transit is fixed and station spacing is long, that make it has low accessibility and flexibility, and it is difficult to achieve "door to door" service. At this time a mode of energy-saving transportation the bicycle with its environmental protection and energy conservation, flexibility has call people’s attention. The interchange between bicycle and rail transit can achieve their complementary advantages in traffic characteristics, make the trip of resident is easy, and enlarge the scope to attract rail transit. So, the study of interchange between bicycle and rail transit has important significance in theoretical and practical.Firstly, we start from the development and their basic characteristics about bicycle and urban rail transit in our city, Analysis the feasibility and necessity of interchange and make a summary about the factors affecting in bike transfer to rail transit, that make a foundation for the following analysis of generalized travel cost. Secondly, in perspective of traveler, travel costs of detailed analysis of each component, make a detailed analysis of the travel cost of each component. In order to make the cost of travel time reach to actual, we add average waiting time and transfer time to the cost of travel time. In the cost part, describe and define the expenses about bicycle, bus and rail travel respectively. Last part in cost of comfort, comfortable are introduced to review the traveler choice to perception quantify of different transportation, then build a generalized travel cost include the three kinds of cost. Add a model about attract strength between sites to calculate the site scope, and through mathematical transformation proves transferring distance is the only factor to affect the site attractive intensity in the transfer of bicycle and rail transit. In order to make up the shortage of single destination, when building model we add the weighted about generalized travel cost, and calculate it by consult the resident trip survey OD table, then build a model according to the generalized travel cost weight value. In the part of model calculation, In order to make up for the disadvantages of radius distance in conventional research we take the actual road network into consideration. In this paper we use Dijkstra algorithm by MATLAB programming to calculate the shortest path between starting point to the station. After transferring distance calculation, generalized travel cost weights are calculated. The last is the instance validation, this paper we take Metro Station of Nanchang rail transit as an example to analysis, calculate the scope of this site when transfer from bike to a rail. And calculate the scope when the influence of other site are not considered, comparing the value with the value by existing mature calculation in calculate influence scope, then verify the effectiveness and practical of the model that we build.
