With the development of economy and technology, composite materials in the application of reinforced concrete structure is more and more widely, while the effect of the reinforcement engineering and the mechanical behavior of the interface is worthy studying. Based on this, in this paper aimed at MPC—a new type of composite material, I study on shear bond behavior of MPC-to-Concrete Interface.First of all, consulting the existing literatures, and collecting the current experimental research results about using the composite reinforced concrete component, induce and analysis. On this basis, according to the characteristics of the MPC composite material and the mechanical properties, the shear experiment is designed under the effect of bending test and freeze-thaw cycles, which includes 6 bending experiment and 9 study of shear under the freeze-thaw cycle effect.Secondly, analyze and deal with the two experimental data which is obtained by test process respectively. Combining with the existing specifications, concrete and plastic damage model are derived in ABAQUS and then Finite element model is established according to the calibration parameters. After getting the numerical model calculation results, comparing the theoretical calculation results and the experimental data to validate the correctness and feasibility of the MPC composite material reinforce concrete experiment. Finally, on the basis of the above work, making analysis about this experiment and theory calculation, get the load—slip curve and the load—deflection curve, etc. In addition, making the theoretical analysis of flexural reinforcement, establish a formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity under certain failure mode.
