Grouting reinforcement technique is an effective way to maintain the stability of surrounding fractured rocks. Research on mechanical properties of fractured rocks after grouting reinforcement has important theoretical and engineering significance to the grouting reinforcement support theory and improving the grouting effect. In this paper, fractured rocks grouting reinforcement is the research object and author used laboratory experiments, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method, study the mechanical properties of fractured rocks grouting reinforcement under different filling degrees deeply and systematically. The author made the following research results:(1)Using direct shear test of my own design system, made the filling grouting of sawtooth joint shear test and acoustic emission test, studied the damage form of joint under the condition of different law of normal stress and filling degree, shear stress and shear strain curve, shear strength and acoustic emission characteristics. Reveal the influence rule between grouting reinforcement shear mechanical parameters and the strength damage characteristics.(2)Based on the geometry of the structure, author established the sawtooth structure mechanics model of the filling grouting, deduced the mechanics equilibrium equation of structural plane movement. Based on mohr-coulomb strength criterion, the author analyzed the sawtooth structure surface "climbing form" and "through form" and the mechanical behavior, explained the filling degree of the influence mechanism of the intensity of structural plane and destruction form theoretically.(3)Based on contact interface model of FLAC3 D, author established the direct shear test of three dimensional numerical model of the filling grouting surface. Reveled the structure under different filling degree of the shear stress distribution, plastic zone model, destruction of the contact form and shear strength. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the test results.
