In recent more than ten years,the rapid development of the country’s engineering construction and economic makes people’s living standard have a qualitative leap.Housing construction can not more and more satisfy people’s growing material and cultural needs,therefore,the functional reconstruction of the structure becomes more and more.At present,urban construction ground become intense increasingly now,and ground for new construction is also facing the pressure of insufficient.As a result,the adding-layer and reconstruction of the existing buildings,providing a way to expand the usable area and change the usable function.The adding-layer and reconstruction of the existing buildings has the characteristics of two aspects:(1)the adding-layer and reconstruction of the available buildings economize ground resource,and can not occupy the land for construction of the city;(2) The adding-layer and reconstruction of the existing buildings invest a lot less than new construction,can save a lot funds;As a result,the engineering of adding-layer reconstruction and reinforcement design of the existing buildings is also more and more,people also take more and more importance to it;Believe that in the near future,this domain about the adding-layer reconstruction and reinforcement design of the existing buildings can become popular in construction industry.This thesis introduces the method and principle in detail of adding-layer and reconstruction of the existing buildings,and the choice and design of reinforcement method and so on.By the project living example about the adding-layer reconstruction engineering of a frame structure of a hotel in Gansu province to in-depth research. The main contents are as follows:(1)Collect the original design drawings、engineering survey report and so on,the field test and appraisal of the original structure;(2) Through the data from the spot and PKPM software modeling analysis for the “double-stage identification”analysis of the original structure,and identification in the seismic safety of the original structure;(3) According to the results of identification,select and determine the scheme of the adding-layer structure;(4)Analysis the adding-layer structure,and through the data contrast to confirm components that be required reinforce of the adding-layer structure;Then comparison and analysis according to the practical condition of engineering and choose the appropriate method of reinforced structures,adopted the method of enlarging section reinforce the frame column of oversize axial compression ratio and need to enhance thelateral stiffness;Adopted the method of stick steel and angle steel reinforce the frame column of distributed steel can not meet the requirements of norm and insufficient bearing capacity;Part of the frame beam distributed steel can not meet the requirements of norm,using the method of pasting steel reinforce- ment,to improve the bearing capacity;(5)To reinforce and design and calculate the frame column and beam;(6)To overall analysis and comparison of structure after reinforcement,and make a evaluation of reinforcement effect;(7) Using the finite element software SAP2000 to proceed modal analysis of the reinforcement structure before and after,and through the analysis and comparison to obtain the corresponding conclusion;According to the actual project cases,can know that the original structure after adding-layer and structural component reinforcement, the natural vibration period of the structural after reinforcement decrease, interlayer displacement angle decrease structural displacement decrease,the axial compression ratio of frame column decrease,the bearing capacity of frame column and beam increase,the overall stiffness of the structural increase,that illustrate the adding-layer and reinforcement design of the structural is feasible.Through the study of this article,it can have a certain reference significance for other adding-layer reconstruction of similar frame structure.
