With the rapid development of the global economy, a large part of the electric energy can not be fully utilized, resulting in a waste of energy. According to the characteristics of low power utilization rate of AC motor, the speed control and energy saving frequency converter can be developed. The power supplied to adjust to the need of voltage and frequency of a control device. In the field of home appliances,machine tools and other areas have been the promotion and used in a large area.The frequency converter in this study adopts the method of AC- DC- AC frequency conversion. Frequency converter has rectifier, DC, inverter and control four working process. After the operation is completed, the output of the converter is regulated by the external control circuit, and the frequency of the AC motor is obtained.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the application of AC motor in China, and describes the prospects of the inverter in the process and energy saving.Then introduced the inverter design of important PWM control technology, as well as through the TMS320F2810 chip of DSP to achieve SVPWM method, found the relationship between the voltage vector and flux vector. Then the mechanical characteristics of the AC motor are studied in detail, and the theory of vector control is analyzed, and the matrix equation of the coordinate transformation is derived. last mainly describes the structure and algorithm of DSP, using the coordinate conversion is complete data standardization processing, through the output waveform and Wen Shengce as compared feasibility verification scheme.
