With the rapid development of electronic technology, the traditional heating temperature control system has been unable to meet people’s various functional requirements on heating thermostat in today’s society. Therefore, to develop a high performance heating thermostat is crucial. In view of this situation, this paper combines power carrier technology, single chip technology, sensor technology and control technology, a heating temperature control system based on power line carrier is developed successfully. Home environment is monitored in real time by the heating terminal equipment. The related data is uploaded in real time through power carrier,and counted by PC. When the host computer system needs to regulate area temperature, the upper computer can control the terminal equipment through the power carrier to realize the regional temperature balance.According to the layout of city heating system and relevant requirements of heating combined with heating temperature control terminal equipment, a heating temperature control system based on power line carrier with proposed design requirements and performance indicators is designed in this paper. PL3106 that developed by Beijing fuxingxiaocheng company is chosen as the power line carrier communication chip in the system. The hardware circuit mainly includes temperature acquisition module, power carrier communication module, power module, key module and display module. In order to improve the hardware anti-interference ability of the electric power carrier heating temperature control system, the principle of hardware anti-interference design is also described. In terms of software programming,the software system framework with multi tasks and real-time is constructed by the system itself. The software system uses modular programming, and executes the corresponding module program by each module running flag. The software system mainly includes power carrier transceiver module, A/D sampling module, control module, liquid crystal display module, key processing module and watchdog module.Functional modules have a clear division of labor. Each module carries reasonable scheduling process to each function module through the timing function, which effectively improves the operating efficiency of the system program.Finally, the test of hardware circuit, software program and anti-interference in the heating temperature control terminal system are tested. Experimental results show that all functional indicators of heating temperature control system based on power carrier in this system design have reached the relevant requirements of heating companies.
