There is large population in our country, in order to effectively use land resources and mineral resources, constructing city, railroad, highway and water conservancy facilities,strip mining of mineral resources and other activities in the mountain often through high fill dig flat land formed a large amount of excavation and backfill soil slope. The slope easily slide,which threatens safety of construction, people’s life and property. Prestressing anchor is a widely used measure of skid resistance, but lost of prestressing cable is very large in soil loss,so long-term stability of prestress directly related to safety and permanent of the protected slope.By analysising reinforcement mechanism of high soil slope of prestressing anchor, and two high soil slope protection engineering construction and after construction of monitoring and soil test analysis that fond the main factors influencing prestress loss and loss rule, thus seeking measures control and mitigation prestress loss. The main conclusions and results were as follows:(1) The main factors of influencing prestress were creep of rock and soil mass, lose of tension lock and relaxation of anchor cable materials and the external conditions change, creep of rock and soil mass was the most important factor of high soil slope;(2) It is concluded that the general rule of high slope prestress loss in the high soil slope, but prestressing loss of soil backfill high slope is small for low compressibility, no collapsibility;(3) Exceed tension and additional tension can make the prestress of anchor cable get to design requirements, as the construction of the super tension is more affordable.Grouting can improve the mechanical properties of high soil slope, the soil soft and fracture slope was protected by prestress anchor cable grouting measures that can alleviate prestress loss of anchor cable and at the same time improve the stability of the slope. Compaction degree of backfill soil is 90% or more that is good and guaranteed effectively for thelong-term stability of prestressed anchor cable in the high backfill soil slope.Through the above research of high soil slope(especially the backfill soil slope) tension anchor cable prestress loss law, which provides the theory basis for control prestress of similar soil high slope, which has a certain guiding significance.
