Based on the building industrialization and the housing industry, this article briefly describes the assembly structure.Prefabricated shear wall structure is appropriate for the current stage of development of our country. In this paper, the vertical steels of prefabricated wall were analyzed from the structure.Meanwhile, the mechanical properties of the joint surface was discussed.By using numerical simulation, this paper studied the mechanical properties of the three connection methods:the connection of filling sleeve, the connection of Plug-holes and the Post-tensioned connection. Finally,it discussed the factors that affect bearing capacity. Here are the conclusions.(1) Summary from the construction process, the connection of Plug-holes is the best one. In practice, it is recommended.(2) In the capacity calculation formula, the role of the joint surface should be considered.(3) Through the simulation results, the connection of filling sleeve is the best.It is more stable, more intense, and more holistic.(4) When using grout sleeve connection, reinforcement ratio should be increased by 50%, compared with the cast section.(5) When reinforcement ratio is limited, it is suggested to use the thicker steel.(6) At the connection section, the most economical reinforcement ratio is l1%.When it is too large,it carrys little capacity. When it is too small,it can’t not reach the capacity requirements.(7) The load carrying capacity of Precast Concrete Shear Wall Structure and Concrete strength are proportional. However, the scale factor is not large.Visiblely, the increase capacity is limited. When the concrete strength is more higher, the brittleness is more greater.Fragility, it is more secure. Therefore, it is not recommended to increase the carrying capacity of the assembly structure by increasing the strength of concrete.
