| With the rapid development of China’s railway, EMU with its flexible, fast and comfortable characteristics such as more and more popular with people. Because of the popularity of cars, people on the safety of car is more and more attention, there are many factors that affect the safety of the train, the train wheel active manufacturing and maintenance directly affects the safe operation of EMU, it is necessary to ensure balance the performance of the wheel, dynamic balance test is to ensure that only processes the balance property of wheel, but the dynamic balance test to driving wheel of EMU, the driving wheel upper gear box, gear box makes the inertia force of gear box swing in the main axis, which makes the measured dynamic unbalance is not accurate enough. So, in this paper, to design the hydraulic servo device, limit horizontal swing of the gear box, the gear box always follow the transverse vibration of the spindle, eliminate the influence of transverse vibration of gear box on the spindle, to make the result is more accurate.Based on the dynamic balance test of EMU Driving wheels as the research object,Analysis the problems arising from the dynamic balance test, using the theory of knowledge to design gear box hydraulic servo device. establish the hydraulic system model through AMESIM software and carries on the simulation analysis, the simulation results show that the system design is reasonable, can meet the job requirements of the vision, at the same time, establish the flexible-body dynamics simulation model through ADAMS and ANSYS software and carries on the simulation analysis, the simulation results show that dynamic balance test results of EMU Driving wheels is not accurate because of the gear box, by joining the hydraulic servo device of gear box, greatly reduce the influence of gear box swing, therefore, in this paper, the design of hydraulic servo device of gear box for for dynamic balance test of EMU Driving wheels has a great practical significance.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1) consulted and studied the related literature widely which on the current status of wheel on dynamic balance test and Application of hydraulic servo system;(2) The brief analysis of EMU Driving wheels for dynamic balance test and the impact on the testing of the gear box;(3) In accordance with the actual conditions of system and than design hydraulic servo device of gear box, including design of the hydraulic cylinder, choose the servo valve and design of other structural;(4) Establish the hydraulic system model through AMESIM software and carries on the simulation analysis;(5) Establish the flexible-body dynamics simulation model through ADAMS and ANSYS software and carries on the simulation analysis, and finally studies the changing rule of the spindle vibration response curve. |
