High strength bolt connection is one of the main connection ways of steel bridge nodes. The steel bridge is influenced by various kinds of factors in the process of usage, the nodes are suffered from different kinds of abrasion. After suffered from acid rain and seawater erosion, the number of abrasion will increase. But the node is the important part of dowel steel bridge; its performance determines the service life of the whole bridge.Therefore, this paper gives a research about the tribology behavior of a node; steel bridge served in common environment air and acid rain and water, through the M16 high-strength bolt connection with steel construction steel Q345 B, distilled water as reference medium. In the background of bolt looseness in the actual engineering of steel bridge node, Q345 B steel was studied under different environment with the change of the initial pretension, surface hardness, friction coefficient, abrasion volume. After using an electron microscope to observe the change of surface morphology material, we give a preliminary analysis on abrasion mechanism of the material. Get the following conclusion:(1)Q345B steel has the largest friction coefficient in air, the lubrication effect of distilled water, acid rain, sea water, in turn, increases. Q345 B steel has all sorts of medium wear in abrasive wear mechanism and corrosion and wear mechanism in the acid rain and water. With the increase of the initial pretension, wear and tear of Q345 B steel in distilled water and air, the wear quantity presents the increasing trend; Wear and tear of Q345 B steel in acid rain and water, the interaction due to corrosion wear weakened gradually with the increase of the initial pretension, wear are presented to reduce the amount of increase after the change.(2)With the change of the initial pretension, Q345 B steel surface hardness change is similar to the trend of surface wear. The reason of the change law of surface hardness is that the abrasion has a hardening effect on surface.(3)Abrasion in the acid rain and the water of the sea environment, when the initial pretension is small, interaction of corrosion and abrasion is the main cause of material abrasion; when the initial pretension is larger, mechanical action is the main reason of material abrasion. Pure corrosion has a little effect on the material loss.(4)When quantitative analysis was carried out in the number of corrosion abrasion, the amount of abrasion in the dry air will produce a “negative†interaction. To correct the "negative" interactions, we can view from two points: the first kind of Angle to dry wear is as pure wear is in the air, at the same time the lubrication listed separately; The second Angle as pure wear is worn with distilled water. Think in terms of both the wear and tear of mathematic model of the same substance. |
