Compared with the traditional electrical excitation motor,Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has good application in Electric Drive field because of its excellent performance.For example,sample structure,reliable,small cubage,light weight, great power density and low loss. But there is also problems of PMSM,such as difficulty in starting and vibration when the load is heavy. So, many reasearchers is concerned about how to solve the problems.Firstly, According to the current domestic and international engineer’s concern of the popular technology-SVPWM,this thesis designs a control system for PWSM, solving the problem of diffculty in starting.At the same time, gives corresponding solution for the problems arising in the specific application,such as sector transition and overmodualation.Secondly,because of the shortcomings of the traditional PID control algorithm,this article designs a speed regulator based on predictive control,a new computer control algorithm developed from industrial practice,which makes the system’s performance have been great improved.For the realization,this paper develops a control system based on DSP, using one of the TI’s most widely applied chip-TMS320F2812. This thesis also designs DSP’s peripheral interface circuit and necessary signal detection circuit.Simultaneously,based on the above,this thesis developes corresponding software program,forming a compete ac-dc-ac frequency conversion speed regulate system.At last,doing experiments to test system’s permormamce.
