From the construction of the emergency evacuation system, according to the space into six areas, according to the specific characteristics to build the emergency evacuation system in Zhengzhou city center, and then use AHP to analyze the four most important influencing factors : 1. Earthquake fire; 2. Falling objects caused by earthquake; 3. Effective width of the evacuation roads; 4. Evacuation time and efficiency. At the same time sorting out the analysis route of focus impacting factors : the main line by focus factor, with a minor impact factors; the earthquake disaster for a reason, the emergency evacuation systems for the process, the evacuation time and efficiency for the result, as the main line of the entire article. Results focus on the critical control strategy :1. Control Strategy of the fire risk caused by earthquake : For effective control of the building firebreaks, mainly reflected in the structure of the building components and requirements; For effective control of the road for evacuation firebreaks, mainly reflected in the choice of tree species and arrangement in the green firebreaks, for the local wind direction influence, mainly reflected a significant impact on the spread of fire in the wind direction.2. Control Strategy of the falling objects caused by earthquake : For effective control outside the building components, mainly reflected in the prevention of falling objects; architectural form of control, mainly in the grasp and constraints to the building constructed during architectural design, for the falling objects to reserve area, mainly reflected in the streets of the partition function.3. Control Strategy of the effective width of the evacuation road : For effective control of the road width, mainly reflected in science checking for evacuation width; For control the factors of effective width influenced road evacuation, mainly reflected in the control of the building entrance of the impact on traffic, the evacuation road obstacles and the high dangerous sections.
