| China has built the world’s largest high-speed railway network. By the beginning of 2015,the length of new railway lines whose speed is 200km/h or more has reached 19369.8km.According to the China’s long-term railway network plan, by 2020,China’s high-speed railway mileage will reach 30000km.High-speed railway construction will become more and more important in our country. However, some problems appear in the operation of high-speed railway, for example, cement concrete is widely used in the construction which has high brittleness and high stiffness. The track structure is easy to crack and the noise is big when trains go by. It is also difficult to repair when it is broken.Compared with the disadvantage above, the stiffness of asphalt concrete is low, so the passengers on the train will feel more comfortable. With the asphalt concrete, the workers can build the railway continuously. Besides, the railway can be used quickly after the completion of the building. With the advantage of the epoxy asphalt concrete, this paper designs a new kind of high-speed track.First of all, this paper studies the evaluation index of the dynamic performance by the way of researching. Then it compares highway pavement with high-speed railway in the theory of calculation and designation. It gets the new evaluation index of the dynamic performance which applies to the new kind of high-speed railway structure.Secondly, it studies the method of high-speed railway finite element simulation and makes a ABAQUS/Exlpicit model. Since there is no measured data to test this model, this paper makes a model of CRTS-I high-speed railway, then it tests the CRTS-I model. At last it changes the model from CRTS-I to the new kind of high-speed railway structure. It compares the evaluation data of the dynamic performance of elastic modulus 6000MPa,the thickness of the epoxy asphalt concrete 35cm railway structure with the evaluation data of the dynamic performance of CRTS-I railway structure. Besides, it gets the extreme value of the evaluation index of the dynamic performance in different conditions. It analyzes the affection of the thickness and the temperature to the evaluation index of the dynamic performance. It is concluded that the appropriate thickness of the epoxy asphalt concrete is 35cmFinally, reference to the application of the epoxy asphalt concrete in the pavement of the steel bridge, the SAMI-10 in the CRTS-I railway, and the mechanical analysis above, this paper designs a kind of epoxy asphalt concrete which applies to the new high-speed track. It tests the material by carrying on compressive strength test, splitting tensile strength test, rutting test, freeze thaw split test etc. It is concluded that the material which is designed in this paper can meet the demand such as tensile and compressive resistance property, high thermal stability, freeze thaw durability, linear shrinkage and anti-permeability. |
