Rapid urbanization in our country to promote the employment nationwide population flow, the floating population of personnel engaged in irregularity of low-end industries, including business booth vendors problem in big cities is the typical kind of contradiction, the previous study of the problem and practice more from the crowd, however, booth space problem and contradiction in one aspect can not be ignored, in this paper, from the Angle of space, on the basis of empirical research tries to comb, booth space distribution and characteristics, and a more systematic planning countermeasures are put forward.In this paper, on the basis of the preliminary research, first of all analyzed city morning stands the outside effect of positive and negative two aspects, and puts forward a series of core problems; Then through the empirical research, from the macro level, within the scope of Nanjing urban area morning dealer booth space distribution and types are analyzed and summarized; Then, in view of the four control area representative, from micro level to explore the characteristics of the early commercial booth space and the state, including business stand each related main body of human behavior characteristics and booth space object’s characteristics are two major plates.Then some components in the analyzing result in early commercial booth space problem, on the basis of theoretical derivation of dealer booth space from various angles, and put forward the core of the problem space contradiction that stall operators of the lack of property management position.Finally, combining with the above research conclusion induces the planning should follow the principle of the main, and phase response to early commercial booth space problems in carding frame of planning measures. |
