Study On City Intelligent Bus System’s Design How To Apply To The Elderly Based On Humanized Design Concept

With the development of society and the progress of technology, the information,network and digital technology have subverted many traditional thinking and modes, and also changed people’s life. Similarly, the city bus system is trending to intelligent from the traditional model gradually. Compared with the traditional bus system, intelligent bus system has more advantages, such as operation efficiency and service level have been greatly improved, so that people travelling by intelligent bus is safer, more convenient and more comfortable. Meanwhile, the intelligent bus system can alleviate urban traffic congestion problem, so it is an important direction for future development of city bus system. However, the domestic research of intelligent bus system focus on new technology only, and ignore the research of different user groups real travel needs. For example, the elderly people can’t use intelligent bus system smoothly, due to the lack of understanding of intelligent technology.Faced with this reality, this paper based on the humanized design concept, proposed the application of the humanized design concept in the design of intelligent bus system from high to low in three different levels of meaning, which is the direction of development level, design strategy level, and design content level, in order to guide the design of intelligent bus system. At the same time, in view of China’s aging serious situation, the city intelligent bus system needs humanized design for the elderly. The author researched the adverse factors of the intelligent bus system to the elderly, and researched intelligent bus system how to apply to the elderly, and gave some design strategies in four aspects: the design of intelligent bus station for the elderly; how to enhance the intelligent bus system service efficiency for the elderly; how to enhance the rate of seating to the elderly on intelligent bus and how to improve the old people’s experience feeling. Finally, the author has finished the intelligent bus station design and intelligent mobile inquiry terminal design,and makes the intelligent bus system is more suitable for the elderly. In the optimizing design of the intelligent bus system, the humanization design concept is the premise,meeting the common needs of the elderly is the goal, to create a safe, comfortable,convenient travel services for the elderly, to contribute to the development of China’s intelligent bus system.
