Along with opening of asphalt pavement appearing all sorts of diseases, late in addition to lacking for reasonable maintenance, heavy traffic,truck overloading, changing weather conditions,the main cause is that the design of the proportion of bituminous concrete mixture and the process of paving compaction are unreasonable.Paving RCC plays an important role in the construction quality,then the design of working parameters of paver spiral distributor determines the quality of asphalt pavement and is relation to whether in the process of paving asphalt mixture segregation,and even affects the smoothness of the asphalt pavement.As the last procedure in the asphalt pavement construction process again, rolling is most important for the quality of the whole asphalt road construction.Key parameter to determine roller compaction quality is rolling temperature, and rolling temperature too high can result in diseases such as upheaval, even affects the pavement smoothness, conversely rolling temperature too low also affects latness,even leads to line of the wheel track eliminated difficultly and other negative effects.Therefore, reasonable design of spiral distributor working parameters and accurate precognition for the asphalt pavement temperature field to determine appropriate rolling moment is the main research purpose of this article.Based on Shi An section expressway project in Hebei province Bingjing-Hong Kong and Macao highway, by adopting the combination of experiment and simulation methods,respectively in the pile number K300 + 100- K300 + 900, K310 +80-K310+920 sections to set up the test section, this essay studys the mixture segregation and paving of asphalt pavement temperature field changing.Making sure test scheme and test data for the reasonable design of the right acquisition and scientific data processing method, on the one hand, it reachs a correlation conclusion by using Pro/E 3D modeling software, finite element analysis software of Ansys and Abaqus to simulate the actual situation of the construction process and comparing simulation results with experimental results, on the other hand,it offers powerful basis to ensure the construction by changing different boundary conditions to find out the best paving compaction technology under different conditions.
