Infrared thermal imaging detection technology is a kind of non-contact NDT technology,which has some advantages such as quick, intuitive, continuity and large horizon area. Basedon the application of Infrared Thermography in the process of Asphalt Pavement Construction,detects the temperature of Asphalt Mixture, studies temperature segregation of AsphaltMixture and makes solutions, which have great theoretical and practical significance. Themain research works are as follows:(1)In this thesis, taking G120thermal infrared imager as a testing tool and based onhighway construction project of104provincial road in Shandong Ji’ning to Weishanxiansection, detecting the temperature of the Asphalt Mixture with Infrared Thermal Imager in theprocess of Asphalt Pavement Construction in7~8,2012. Using InfReC Analyzer NS9500software to do image processing and data analysis of infrared thermal images, and usingANSYS simulation software to set up the simulation model of Paving layer’ Asphalt mixture,and then to do some researches about simulation analysis of temperature field(.2)Introducingthe basic principle of Infrared Thermal Imager, comparing and analyzing the characteristics ofdifferent temperature measuring methods and infrared method, summarizing and analyzingthe engineering application of Infrared Thermography.(3)Through the experimental study ofthe influence factors of infrared temperature measurement results, obtains the relationshipbetween the two controllable factors(measuring distance and emissivity) and results: In therange of0~1.0meter, Measurement result is stable, when distance over1.0meter, themeasurement result reduced. To consider the safety of equipment, the distance should becontrolled above0.5meter; the greater when the emissivity decimates the actual value themeasurement result is the more inaccurate.(4)Through the experimental study of asphaltmixture temperature infrared detection in the processes of transporting, paving, rollingcompaction, obtains the positions of temperature segregation in different process andaccording to the location of temperature segregation analyzes the causes of temperaturesegregation of asphalt mixture, and improvement are put forward based on different types oftemperature segregation temperature segregation to control the construction quality of Asphaltpavement(.5)At the beginning and end of paving process, the time gap is large, the influence factors of temperature variation are single and stable, so choosing the Asphalt Mixture ofPaving Layer to set up the simulation model, conducting temperature field simulation byANSYS, got the changing regular of temperature gradient, temperature and heat flux.Comparing and analyzing the results of simulation and infrared detection and the simulationresults accord with actual infrared detection.
