Along with the vast constructions of infrastructure, brought the rapid development of economy, the increase of the number of Bridges, the bridge project in the process of earthquake relief status is also more and more high.If the bridges collapsed after the earthquake, besides a large number of economic losses, traffic will bring great difficulties to the rescue work.Therefore, it is necessary to study bridge seismic design, the seismic performance of the bridge meet the requirements;At the same time, the rapid development of seismic isolation technique, people more and more attach importance to design on seismic reduetion and isolation.All kinds of bearings of bridge seismic performance analysis and research are very urgent.This paper summarizes the main points of the bridge seismic design and the difficulties in the practical work in all kinds of bearings under the bridge seismic analysis, get the following results:1, It summarizes the destruction of the bridge form under the seismic action, according to different characteristics of bridge seismic design;2, It summarizes the experiences of bridge seismic design, putting forward the general methods and steps, proposing the bridge seismic design guidelines, and paying attention to the concept of bridge seismic design;3, By using analysis program MIDAS/Civil, all kinds of finite element model are built. The methods ineluding model analysis and time-history analysis of earthquake are applied to the bridge.The seismic force and displaeement of this structure are obtained. The result of the output will provide guidance for seismic reduetion and isolation design.
