| Compared with the traditional hydraulic system, Load sensing system has not overflow loss and throttling loss, so it is widely used in construction machinery. In previous experiments, when every circle in a load sensing system works alone, the hydraulic system can reach a steady state. When many actuators work at the same time, every circle will often oscillate at the same time. Especially when the actuator is the motor, the oscillation is more serious and the system can not work properly. So it is necessary to research the oscillation of the load sensing system when many circles work at the same time.First of all, the mathematical model of the load sensing hydraulic system is established, and the factors that affect the stability of the load sensing hydraulic system are analyzed. Secondly, the simulation models of the load sensing system were built based on AMESim. In addition, the validity of simulation model was verified through experimental test in the load sensing system test bench. Finally, through the simulation mode of the load sensing system which was verified by experiment, the stability of the load sensing system in Synchronous Chipsealer when many circles worked at the same time is studied.
