| The crawler carriers are equipped with track chassis and depend on hydraulic traveling mechanism, lifting mechanism and other auxiliary mechanism driven by the engine to transport materials in tough working conditions. At presents, the traditional traveling system of crawler carriers use open or closed system, which has some problems,including the more power loss and low efficiency. Futhermore, single oil source is unfavorable to the expansion of the diverse function of the machine.The load sensing control system can solve this problem properly.In this paper,the load sensitive traveling hydraulic system of the 5500 H crawler carriers is designed and researched. The scheme of the load sensing traveling hydraulic system is determined by analyzing the working condition of the machine.The problem concerned with matching parameters of the crawler carriers is investigated. The parameter matching and selection of the engine, load-sensing pump, multi-channel valve, the variable motor are put forward. The running speed, driving torque, driving force, traction and the maximum gradeability are calculated. The model of the load sensitive traveling hydraulic system of the 5500 H crawler carrier is established and simulated in AMESim software. The results of simulation show that the design of the load sensitive traveling hydraulic system is reasonable and practicable. |
