| In order to improve the indoor air quality and residential comfort, ventilation is an effective method, the reasonable introduction of outdoor fresh air to dilute the concentration of indoor harmful substances,having a positive significance on the health of indoor personnel.The climate in Xi’an is hot in summer. Especially hot during the daytime, however, the nighttime air temperature is lower. If reasonably utilize the cold air outside at night, leading the outdoor cold air to go into indoor to conduct the Convection transfer between air and the media surface.At the same time the building envelope and furniture will be cold stored in envelope and heat storage in furniture etc.During the night mechanical ventilation process,when the temperature gradually increased during the daytime,the cold storaged in the building envelope and furniture is released into the air, greatly shorten the opening time of the air conditioning in the morning, mechanical ventilation at night has a positive effect on saving energy and reducing energy.Firstly, this paper studied the characteristics of the climate in Xi’an area and the current situation of domestic energy conservation,discussed the feasibility of mechanical ventilation at night, using the building environment and equipment research institute of architectural technology and science department of Tsinghua University, and the software tool kit DeST-h for the thermal environment design of residential buildings is established,Combined with the characteristics of the residential construction of a complex building in Xi’an to carry out ventilation of the residential part of the simulation, we take into account of many factors including the number of ventilation,ventilation period, heat transfer coefficient of external window, window wall ratio, external wall heat transfer coefficient and so on.The effect of mechanical ventilation on indoor temperature and energy consumption analysis are obtained when the conditions of different factors are obtained. |
