Abstract/Summary:
As the Xi’an subway network developing, it is particularly important to improve the level of service and quality, providing for the comfort of the passengers in the subway station, station ventilation and temperature regulator plays a considerable role.In this paper for the temperature of Xi’an Metro Line 1 station widespread automatically adjust the accurate enough for practical problems, typical station,carried on the statistics and analysis of the reasons, and puts forward the primary and secondary loop temperature control algorithm, and based on PLC design and the development of Xi’an subway station Wen Duyuan and remote monitoring system.This paper adopts the distributed control system, the PC, PLC, actuator and sensor function integration, PC(IPC) to achieve the temperature in the station centralized monitoring computer(PLC), actuators and sensors are distributed to control field; between the upper machine and lower machine through the ControlNet control network connection form in subway station multi point remote temperature monitoring system; according to the characteristics of changes in temperature inside the subway station, the main and auxiliary circuit cascade temperature control, design fuzzy controller and PID controller, the monitoring system can realize the high precision control effect and good robustness to the temperature of metro station space.Finally, in Xi’an typical subway station of the monitoring system were debugging and practical running result analysis and test based on PLC of Xi’an subway station remote monitoring system for temperature of operation effect, for the next step to promote the universal provide a basis, to lay the foundation.
