With the development of ship automation technology, many systems in the ship are equipped with a large number of valves. Its main function is to adjust the attitude of the ship, and ensure the normal operation of the system. Valve control system is the key to ensure the normal operation of the valve.So it has a great significance for dynamic analysis and optimization of marine valve control system.The paper selects the valve control system of ship ballast water system as an example. The author has applied the electro-hydraulic servo control technology to the valve control system. Aiming at the existing problems of this control system, the author has introduced intelligent control algorithm to optimize the control system. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the structure and principle of the electro-hydraulic servo control system of valve in the ballast water system are analyzed.The mathematical model of the valve control system is established by the method of transfer function. The open-loop Bode diagram of the system is got by Matlab, and the stability of the control system is analyzed. The research results show that the control system is stable.Secondly, the physical simulation model of electric hydraulic servo control system of valve is established by AMESim software. The author has simulated the valve’s actual working condition, and analyzed the problems in the control system. By combining with the practical application environment of the system, the effects of different external load, different amplifier gain, different leakage coefficient and inner diameter of hydraulic cylinder, different damping ratio of servo valve on the dynamic characteristics of the servo control system are analyzed.Thirdly, the structure and characteristics of the conventional PID control and fuzzy control are analyzed.Aiming at the existing problems of this control system,the author has designed the fuzzy PID controller.The simulation model of fuzzy PID control and conventional PID control are established by Simulink. The author has compared the control effects of the two control algorithms. The results show that the control effect of fuzzy PID is better than conventional PID.Finally, the AMESim/Simulink joint simulation platform is built. The author further verified the effectiveness of the fuzzy PID control algorithm through the AMESim/Simulink joint simulation technology. The research results show that: compared to the conventional PID,the fuzzy PID control algorithm improves the control system’s response speed,reduces the hydraulic cylinder piston and valve displacement’s dynamic error. The anti-interference ability of the system is also enhanced.
