| With the reform of the electronic engineering construction, assemble monolithic structure is adopted more in power system, which can speed up the construction work and help to promote the quality of construction, and finally to realize the architecture industrialization, and is the development direction of construction industry. This paper focus on the main control room of the booster station designed with assembled monolithic structure, and provide series of working drawing, which contribute to the standard design of the main control room.First, the recommendations of the assembled monolithic main control room was made by compared the advantages and disadvantages of various types of structures in the construction period, cost and conditions. To complete the prefabricated reinforced concrete structure and steel structure of the main control room, the floor material and the wall material was choose in details. Its floor was used concrete composite slabs with precast ribbed bottom by compared with the advantages and disadvantages of each type of floor material, and its filled wall was used the horizontal-hole chain concrete small-sized hollow blocks by compared with energy-saving effect and construction method.And then, the main control room of standard working drawing were completed in details as two recommendation of reinforced concrete structure and steel structure. It needed to determine the plane arrangement of the booster station according to functional requirements, and to arrange structural members reasonable of steel structure and reinforced concrete structure, and to calculate the internal force and reinforcement by the finite element software SATWE. And the node of the prefabricated structure were design in the structure of the special position and the way of the connection between the components. In order to make sure the seismic behavior of two frame structures and the structural response under four levels of dynamic action, the frames of plastic time-history analysis was calculated under frequent ground motion and the elastic-plastic time-history analysis was calculated under basic ground motion, rare ground motion and very rare ground motion.Finally, this paper expounds the basic connotation of the BIM technology, and presents the 3D model of the main control room in Revit which is the core modeling software in BIM. The 3D model of the main control room can achieve the coordination of the building components and structural elements, that is the basic model in the all aspects of the construction.The main control room in the booster station is an important civil engineering in the power station system, and its prefabricated design is an important component of the electric power construction engineering industrialization. To achieve the standardized and industrialized structure, it is important to determine the construction plan must meet the current codes and take advanced technology to optimize the process of construction. |
