| In the process of project quality control, quality control during construction can treat as the key work. The construction quality control still depend on laggard technology and management mode, which result quality control still in the extensive status,such as the low degree of construction quality information control and collaboration,incomplete and opaque quality control process, frequent accident happened in construction. In recent years, BIM technology shows a trend of multi-stage, integration, multi-angle and collaborated application in the entire process of construction application during recent years. The whole process of construction quality control can be effectively improved by continuously deepening the depth of BIM. Therefore, combining BIM technology and construction quality control has a significant explosion value.This paper summarizes and analyzes the situation of current construction quality control and then puts forward the method of BIM technology combined with Internet of things, mobile applications and internet. From the view of model quality control,standardized management and implementation details of model quality control based on BIM are established. From the view of all participants such as general coordinator,construction companies, design companies, supervisors and owners to work,cooperative implementation strategy is proposed. Taking advantage of the data sharing and transferring from BIM model and integrating the construction site information to unified management platform by advanced technology like the internet of things, mobile application and internet, that the standardization and systematization of the whole process quality control of construction can be realized.To study further the BIM technology in promoting the implementation of the con struction quality control and application during the entire process,the practical applica tion shows that the three-dimensional model and dynamic model management based o n BIM can be added in the information collected from site and the construction docum ent in different phases. Thus it can provide the whole construction process quality con-trol from the beginning to the end. The result shows that, before the construction, the implementation process of drawing verification and deepening design were put forward respectively. Based on the implementation process of BIM technology, the drawing verification and deepening design were applied mainly in the case of mechanical and electrical engineering. During the construction, The mechanicsof the construction process quality control and the Implementation plan of quality con-trol in construction site werr proposed. The application of BIM technology in the con struction process quality control is demonstrated with the masonry engineering as a ca se, and combined with the application of the field to the BIM technology is applied to the analysis of the quality control of the construction site; After the completion of the project, the completion acceptance data management implementation plan and quality maintenance application implementation plan were proposed, based on the actual situation, the completion of the acceptance of information management and quality maintenance were analyzed with BIM technology. This application research demonstrates the universal applicability of whole-course quality control based on BIM and it provide a practical guidance to reality. |
