With the development of low carbon of globalization, the urban low-carbon transport should focus on the research and development of new traffic tools and design, the emergence of self-balancing vehicle to meet the needs of the urban traffic structure. Self balancing car belongs to the emerging industry, at present stage in growth period, large market potential. So many intelligent hardware manufacturers invest their resources for self balancing car design innovation research, but there is still a poor user experience,modelling, single function, manipulation of the safety problems.But how to effectively solve the dynamic relationship with customers, products and users in the operation process of the continuity and variability of demand amplification is still the main problem facing. Therefore need to introduce a new design theory, method and to solve the man-machine interaction technology dynamic operational and coordination between the contradictions.Somatosensory interaction is following the mouse, multi-touch man-machine interaction pattern of change and a new starting point. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the human body each sensory understanding human instinct, body movements, body experience interact with peripheral device or the environment, and analysis in the body feeling interaction environment how to bring good experience for the user. To self balancing car user groups at the same time, market, brand research analysis,mining the design of the potential customers’ needs. On the basis of the understanding of user needs analysis principle and the function of the product, analysis of user behavior operation, according to the standard, human-computer interaction analysis summarizes the defects and deficiencies of the human-computer interaction process.Through the above analysis, it is concluded that the factors affecting self balancing the body feeling interaction, combination feeling self balancing car research analysis and the theory of interaction design. Entry point for design, summarized from the balanced car innovation design target and design ideas, from the appearance characteristics, control mode, the interaction experience elements such as comprehensive consideration forinnovative design.In project practice, self balancing the integrated use of product design theory and method of product shape design. From self balancing car modelling, control, color,material quality, safety, comfort, use elements such as comprehensive consideration,through the design evaluation method to obtain the best design scheme, establish a new generation of self balancing car innovative design. Final product model, design specification and design exhibition board, and other related product documentation.
