As one of the important members of the transportation industry, railway transportation plays a very important role in the development of transportation industry.Recent years, with the increase of the railway traffic volume, heavy-haul railway transportation has made a considerable development, which also made a strict requirements to the development of the railway track. Because of the increase of the train axle load, the wear condition of the rail is increasingly serious. So it is very important to study the rail wear of heavy haul railway.In this paper, an rail wear investigation was made in some sections of the Daqin railway, based on this, an analysis of the stress and vibration of the railway which is in the cured line was made, and recommends was made which were used to reduce the wear of the cured line. Some main conclusions are as follows:(1) At the cured line, when the train passing through, the rail suffers from both tension and compression force, meanwhile, a transverse shear was also found which is in a single direction; the horizontal force which is the rail act on the sleeper is push and pull action. And the train puts a large vertical force on the rail and the rail also puts a large horizontal force on the sleeper;(2) The speed of the train is sensitive to the force on the rail, improving the train speed can reduce the force of the train act on the rail, which can reduce the wear of rail;(3) There are obvious differences of the force which is applied to the inner and outer rails when the train passes, and the type of train and the base have little effects on it.(4) Under the condition of subgrade, the vertical impact acceleration of the train to the outer rail track is slightly greater than that of the inner track, and the vibration is periodic; In addition, the lateral impact acceleration of the train to the inner and outer rail in the two kinds of subgrade has a significant increase, and the difference is not obvious.
