The problem of energy shortage and the greenhouse effect has received great attention, has become the focus of the global political economy. At present, China is facing a severe situation of the energy resources are seriously lacking and emission reduction pressure increasing, has been unable to maintain the original mode of development of high energy consumption, high emission.The power grid enterprise is a special enterprise, transmission unit is not only the electrical energy, is also a big energy consumers. Electricity rate index is an important index of line loss management of substation, to carry out energy-saving work station, is an important measure to reduce operating costs, improve efficiency. But the present domestic and international research in this area mainly concentrated in the station with energy saving potential of electricity was estimated or station with research on energy saving of single electric in theory and evaluation system, has not yet mature, in energy saving research and evaluation of great significance.This paper did the research in station energy saving and evaluation methods, firstly, the typical substation station electrical components and influence factors of in-depth analysis and mining the station energy saving management issues; and on this basis, the establishment of evaluation index system of energy saving, order relation analysis method and linear weighted comprehensive evaluation method to design the evaluation algorithm based on the comprehensive information on each index, aggregation of substation electric energy saving level. A number of substation data as examples of this evaluation method to evaluate the energy saving of each substation, the calculation results show that the index system and evaluation methods in this paper can solve the problems such as the evaluation of substation, power station energy saving assessment provides scientific basis for. By the end of the transformer substation of the evaluation results, put forward the station electrical energy-saving measures, including economic operation of transformer, energy saving of air conditioning system, main transformer cooling system energy saving, energy saving lighting system and strengthen the management.
