Research On The Construction Of Safety Standardization Of Power Engineering Project In EPC Model

In recent years, the nation and enterprise have strengthened the safety issues in production work. On the one hand, the safety production standardization construction and the standard rating work are both the requirement of nation and superior units, but also the demand of electric power enterprises development. On the other hand, the power engineering EPC general contracting enterprises often have high risk and their safety management experience is relatively insufficient, so it is very important to explore a set of efficient, high quality safety standardization of power engineering general contract project.Based on the author’s own work experience, this paper carries out the relevant research on safety production standardization in the thermal power engineering projects. It explores a set of high efficiency and quality methods of safety standardization for power engineering general contract project, in order to provide reference for the similar power engineering projects.First, this paper analyzes the domestic and international documents of safety production standardization and EPC model. Based on the analysis of a large number of materials, combined with the author’s experience and the reality of power engineering project, it puts forward the method of safety production standardization for EPC model power engineering project, including its realization process and key points.Secondly, through the case study, this paper carries out an empirical analysis of safety standardization for electric power engineering project in EPC model:(1) analyzing the present situation of safety management of thermal power engineering general contracting project by field research;(2) screening the main factors of safety standardization by Pareto analysis;(3) analyzing and determining the main factors of safety standardization from the respects of human, machine, material, method, environment and management by brainstorming and fishbone chart, and formulating corresponding measures.Finally, applying the above result and measures, combined with the actual status of power engineering project, the work of safety standardization can be carried out form the respects of organization, planning, regulations, safety education, site management, self-examination and self-correction. And through the analysis of an actual case, it is verified that the method of safety production standardization for EPC model of electric power engineering project is feasible and efficient.This research provides a reference for constructing the safety standardization of power engineering projects in EPC model, improving the safety management level of power survey and design enterprises, and strengthening the ability of risk management and control.
