Study Of Customer Circulations Design To Increase Vitality Of Underground Commercial Space

With the rapid development of economy in China, the process of modernization and urbanization have been accelerated constantly, this makes different problems revealed: the shortage of land, traffic congestion, environmental pollution... At the same time, peoples demand of consumption are also increasing, which makes the development of underground commercial space as an important way to solve the problem.In recent years, many underground commercial center have been built in China. however, when people in the underground commercial space, their feelings and behavior will change, with the lack of attention of the problems these changes may cause, many of them faced operation difficulties. The essence of commercial real estate is to obtain a high commercial value, the construction of underground commercial building and the maintenance cost is higher, how to commercial vitality of underground commercial space is an important problem should be concerned.This paper put forward the way to increase vitality of underground commercial space, based on investigations of Beijing underground commercial space cases by Analysis the influence of customer circulations design on their operating vitality. And then combined with the characteristics of underground commercial space, put forward the design principles of customer circulations to increase vitality of underground commercial space. At last this study summarizes the specific design methods of outside customer circulations and inside customer circulations design, hope to provide reference for the future construction of the underground commercial space.
