| The district heating system is of high efficiency and easy to manage, so the heating area charged by it has accounted for the major part in the heating area of the north town in China. In recent years, although the consumption of the heating system grows slowly, it is still the main part of the building energy consumption. In addition, due to the building functions, the conditions of the indoor/outdoor thermal disturbance of the rooms in the system are different, so the heating effect is not ideal. That’s to say, the excessive heating or unbalanced heating is still exist. And then, the energy consumption of heating is increased. An important reason for these problems is the lack of reasonable operation behavior, so that the heat supply does not match the heat demand. It is important to study the operation behavior of the district heating system, so as to improve the situation of the indoor thermal environment and reduce the heating consumption, and then make a contribution to our energy conservation. In this paper, the research mainly includes field investigation and simulation analysis. A district heating system in Beijing is chosen as the research object. After field investigation, the operation condition, the heating effect and energy consumption are analyzed, and the actual operation pattern is obtained. The outdoor temperature, the solar radiation intensity and the occupant behavior in the room is of big influence on the heating effect and energy consumption. To explore how to balance the heat supply and demand under the actual situation, a simulation based on this district heating system is given. And by simulating the heating effect and energy consumption of the different operation patterns, the operation optimization under the actual condition is givenThe result shows that, adjusting the supply water temperature along with the outdoor weather condition is helpful to improve the heating effect and reduce the energy consumption. In addition, the heat gain from sun radiation, occupant, lighting and devices should be considered. When operating a district heating system supplying heat for an area, the water temperature operation should meet the demand of the room which need the heat most, and the flow in the radiators should be adjusted to meet the other rooms’ heat demand, thus to ensure the heating effect and reduce the energy consumption. |
