Electro-hydraulic servo valve is the core element of hydraulic servo system, and it is widely used as signal conversion and power amplification in hydraulic servo systems. Double nozzle flapper valve is one of the most widely used valve in industrial production because of its compact structure, high power amplification coefficient, smaller temperature drift and pressure drif and high dynamic characteristics. Servo valve nozzles, including the nozzle and the orifice, are key parts of hydraulic amplifier system, its performance directly affect s the stability of the overall stability of the servo valve.According to the requirements of the servo valve nozzles pairing, this paper developes a servo valve nozzles pairing measurement system based on the differential pressure flow, pressure characteristics, and fuzzy clustering analysis pairing algorithm.Servo servo valve nozzles pairing measurement system is a set of automatic measurement system based on fluid measurement method. In the process of system development, the system testing principle, design idea, implementation plan and so on is detailly introduced. The pairing algorithm based on fuzzy clustering analysis method is first applied in the field of servo valve nozzles pairing measurement system.The performance of the servo valve nozzles depends on the differential pressure flow characteristics and pressure characteristics. Pairing algorithm based on fuzzy clustering analysis method considering the effects of the two properties, and according to the extent of the impact of reasonable weight distribution. Fuzzy clustering analysis method can be used to achieve nozzle fluid characteristic parameters of optimum and the maximum pairing.In this paper, the possible errors are analyzed and the corresponding solutions is proposed. And experiment is conducted in the developed measurement system to ensure the measurement precision and stability of the measurem ent system. After experiment of differential pressure flow characteristic and pressure characteristic is finished, servo valve nozzles pairing experimen is conducted combined with the experimental data.
