| Double nozzle baffle electro-hydraulic servo valve is widely used in nationaldefense industry. Because it has high control precision and fast response speed, it isone of the key parts in an electro-hydraulic servo system. A double nozzle baffleelectro-hydraulic servo valve has completely symmetrical structure, a pair of nozzleand orifice are assembled into a valve, these two pairs of parts are the mostimportant parts in a servo valve. The quality of servo valve nozzle is directly relatedto the performance of a servo valve. This paper develops a flow charteristic and jetflow quality test system of servo valve nozzle, and the relationship between jet flowquality and nozzle processing quality is studied.This test system can measure the differential pressure and flow rate, thepressure characteristic and the jet flow quality. This paper elaborates the designprocesses of the test system, including the operating principle and the overallscheme design. This paper introduces the flow characterristic test system and the jetquality test system separately, and we focus on the introduction of the jet quality testsystem.The jet quality test subsystem consists of a high-speed camera, a dataacquisition card, an assistant illuminant, an oil mist recovery system and a computer.This paper designs an image acquisition system based on the high-speed camera. Inorder to guarantee the quality of image acquisition, this paper also designs an oilmist recycling system. The experiments for testing the recycling system are carriedon, the results prove the recycling system can meet the design requirements and hasa good oil mist removal function. The jet quality test system can get high quality jetobservation results.This paper analyzes the processing quality of the nozzles and the influencefactors, also analyzes the jet quality and the influence factors. Differernt nozzles arecut apartly for studying the relationship between the processing quality and the jetquality. |
