Large longitudinal slope in our country mountainous area highway is prone to security incidents. Line flat vertical combination designing unreasonable is one of the reasons what cause safety accidents. So the highway alignment design in mountainous areas research has important theoretical and practical value.Based on this, this article is Xing Fen highway as an example for the study of route alignment design. According to the GSRS brake temperature prediction correction model and self-built large truck brake hub temperature prediction model, calculated the pedaling brake drum temperature, to put forward the mountain highway slope profile optimization design indexes and hedge lanes set method; Using the engine bench test, measured the climbing performance of a typical large trucks equipped with four engine, put forward the uphill profile optimization design indexes, climbing lane conditions and climbing lane setting advice; Combination of the above research results and safety evaluation, into the Xing Fen highway preliminary design and construction drawing design process, to ensure the safety of Xing Fen highway route design. |
