Study On The Construction Pattern Of Water Ecological Civilization In Shandong Section Of The Yellow River

The research object of this paper is the water ecological civilization construction of Shandong section of the Yellow River. First, it draws lessons from the western countries and Chinese experts and scholars on the basic theory of ecological civilization and water ecological civilization. With the characteristics of the Yellow River Basin, the basic theory of the water ecological civilization model of Shandong section of the Yellow River is proposed. Second, with data collected for many years, it scientificly analysizes the present situation of water ecological civilization construction of the Yellow River of Shandong section, and finds out many problems and shortcomings. Third, with the method of literature review, field survey, multi-disciplinary research methods,it learns the successful experience and typical practice of the water ecological civilization construction at home and abroad, such as the United States, Canada, Australia and other foreign countries, the Haihe River, the Yangtze River, the Zhujiang River and other related basins, and the water ecological civilization construction in the Yellow River province. Fourth, with the present situation of water ecological civilization construction in the Shandong secion of the Yellow River, it draws lessons from the successful experience of the advanced countries, basins and provinces at home and abroad, it proposes the establishment model of water ecological civilization construction in the Shandong section of the Yellow Rive. They include Yellow River water project, water resources, water ecology, water culture, water administration and so on, and puts forward the model-creating measures. Finally, it scientificly analysizes the problems and deficiencies in the model creation, and puts forward the law, administrative management, capital investment and other countermeasures and suggestions in the macro level.
