With energy crisis and environment degradation problems becoming serious, micro-grid system with new energy and renewable energy as its main power generation has been widely concerned.At present,micro-grid consists solar panels,wind power.storage and load is a popular operation mode in China.On the premise of stable operation,energy management system for Micro-grid (MEMS) ensure this micro-grid more economic and reliable. The main goal of this research was to investigate micro-grid with regards to the challenges they will face with MEMS.To achieve this power generation and load forcast were investigated,and storage was chosen as main controllable unit to be investigated in this EMS strategy, the research is as follows:1) Base on the demand of MEMS algorithm, the forcast on power generation and load was analysed,and storage was focused on including its economic model,life estimation and its optimization strategy.Besides,improved optimization algorithm was proposed to realize the whole MEMS algorithm.2) According to their features of solar panels, wind power and load,their mathematical models were built,and main influence factors were anaslysed.Then,ANN algorithm based on data of similar daies was designed and implemented.3) Considering storage as main controllerable unit in micro-grid,and its features are different from conventional generations,its charge and discharge process,aging and replacement were investigated.A detailed cost model was built and fitted both new storage and aging storage,and some suggestions for its economic usage were given.Besides,the method for storage’s lifetime optimization was proposed,it takes damage of each storage unit into account,and gives some reasonable constraints for MEMS.4) Current optimization methods were analyzed, and an improved algorithm based on quantum idea was proposed.which have much bigger computing ability to find global optimization solution. With the whole MEMS algorithm including forcast,storage optimization strategy and optimization algorithm,the optimal scheduling plan of each unit can be obtained.5) The framework of MEMS Application was analysed,and every function module was developed,the test platform was designed and implemented to assess MEMS algorithm. The whole MEMS integrates forcast algorithm,storage optimization,energy optimization,user interface to realize the operation and display of microgrid energy management.
