| DC motor has a good performance on starting and braking,with the development of technology,now the DC motor is easy to control.And DC motor is also suitable for the condition that needs a wide range of speed control regulation.Despite of the rapid development of AC motor,DC motor occupy an important position in the field of high performance controllable electric motor driving.Set in the background of Cold rolling mill control,and in consideration of the requirement of domestic DC motor speed controller in factory,then a digital reversible DC speed controller based on ARM is made,which has great performance and low cost.Moreover the controller is tested to prove that it can improve the technical level of domestic DC motor speed controller.By studying the control principle of DC motor,then the reversible DC speed control System is discussed.The maltlab/simulink is also used in testing the reversible DC speed control system.Finally the scheme of digital reversible DC speed controller with ARM is presented.In the survey,a platform of ARM and CPLD is used as the core of the controller.And the hardware system also contain other circuit module,such as GUI,signal measurement,zero-crossing test,etc.By considering anti-EMI,the PCB is designed and tested.After that the reversible DC speed controller is programmed with μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system,taking the principle of hierarchical design in software,then the driver programs and application programs are designed.Due to the μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system,application programs are separated into several task,which can use the resource of MCU efficiently and have a great performance in real-time.And then the controller is also tested in the laboratory to verify whether attain the performance index.In the end the survey is summed up,and some suggestions are presented. |
