Research On The Strategy Of Plan Of Slow-Traveling System Space Whicn Combined With Greenway

Currently China is going through the transition period of urbanization, the whole society is paying more attention to the construction of ecological civilization. The planning and construction of the greenway network and the slow traveling system has become one of the most important ways of realizing ecological civilization. In the process of construction, the path spaces of greenway network and slow traveling system tend to cross or overlap, thereby formed a special type of space——the slow traveling system space which combined with greenway——which is a new research and plan field.At present, there isn’t enough research on this new type of space. Nevertheless a lot of construction of this type of space has already began, and has faced many problems. This paper aims to give a better understanding of this new type of space and to offer a more practical planning strategy for the future practice. Outcomes of this paper contains two parts:1. The project report about the construction of Guanlan river eco-cultural corridor in Shenzhen.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the whole areas, the slow traveling system space combined with the Guanlan river greenway was planned systematically, then and the urban planning of four important areas completed.2. The research report about the research of planning strategy for the slow traveling system space combined with greenway.By summarizing the current research productions of greenway and slow traveling system space, this paper defined the concept and the classification standard of the slow traveling system space clearly and clarified the basic characteristics and requirements of plan. By analyzing four typical projects, this paper also revealed the experience and shortcomings in current practices.In order to establish a "toolbox" for the plan of the slow traveling system space which combined with greenway, this paper established a five steps routine of "space plan——traffic plan——function plan——landscape design——facilities plan" and established catalogue of planning strategy types in each step. According to the differences needs of space between the different types of slow- traveling system space, different types of strategies were regrouped to integrate plan form for every type.
